Brothers Snatched and Sexually Assaulted Group of Young Girls

Two brothers in New Jersey were arrested after allegedly kidnapping 4 young girls who were walking together, in addition to reportedly raping three of the alleged victims.

Early in the morning on April 22, four girls ranging in age from 12 to 14 were walking together in Millstone.

A vehicle with two men inside reportedly rolled up to the young ladies and offered to provide them with a ride.

The men, later identified as 28-year-old Wilfrid Cesaire and his 21-year-old brother Wilson Cesaire, reportedly made a stop at a convenience store before allegedly taking the girls to their Asbury Park residence.

The girls reportedly entered the home with the brothers, and while inside the men allegedly supplied them with alcoholic beverages. They also allegedly gave marijuana and MDMA (ecstasy) to the young ladies.

The authorities were alerted about the missing girls and they were able to locate the alleged victims in Asbury Park and Neptune Township later in the day.

When the police spoke with the girls, three of them disclosed that they had been sexually assaulted while they were in the company of Wilfrid and Wilson.

The Cesaire brothers were taken into custody and booked into the Monmouth County Correctional Facility.

Wilfrid Cesaire is expected to face charges for four counts of first-degree kidnapping, four counts of fourth-degree cruelty and neglect, 4 counts of fourth-degree endangering another person, 4 counts of second-degree sexual assault, and 2 counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Wilson has been issued the same kidnapping, cruelty and neglect, and endangering another person charges as Wilfrid, but he is only charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault, and one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

If they are found guilty of the charges it could mean that the brothers will spend life behind bars. Should they receive a penalty with less jail time they would have to spend the rest of their days on parole and register under Megan’s Law.
