According to police in Ohio, Timothy Blake, a resident of West Virginia, stalked several women before using syringes to squirt his semen on them while they were shopping at Wal-Mart.
Police say they first received a report on November 2nd, from a woman who claimed that a man that she noticed was “creepy” was lingering around her while she was shopping.
According to the woman the man had come within a few inches of her and then she felt something wet on her lower back and her foot. She rushed to the bathroom in a panic to find that the substance was “sticky,” after leaving the bathroom she noticed the man was still watching her. Police said surveillance video from the store proved her allegation.
There was also a report made on December 28th from a different woman with a similar story. Surveillance video from both incidents showed the suspect driving away in a pickup truck that was seen two days later by the Marietta police. Officers approached the truck and questioned him. He allegedly told police in his first report that he threw eggs at the women. But in further reports he allegedly admitted it was semen.
Blake is married, but his wife was unaware of the incidents. Blake allegedly stated that “maybe it was his way of having sex with these women.”
Blake was charged on December 30th with pandering obscenity, sexual imposition, and two counts of menace by stalking. Blake was booked into jail without bond pending his arraignment.
