A mother is facing charges after being accused of creating pornographic content with her two youngsters and the family dog and uploading the files to Snapchat.
In August, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children opened an investigation after an anonymous tip was given about a Snapchat account that allegedly contained video footage of a male toddler having sex with an adult woman.
The suspect was identified as the 26-year-old mother of an infant and a 3-year-old boy.
When the police went to the family’s home, they asserted that one of the suspect’s children looked like the boy in the digital clip.
The Department of Children and Families removed the kids from the home, and the suspect, along with the father of the youngsters, was ordered to have no contact with them.
It was reported that during the ongoing investigation, the authorities were granted access to collect and review the contents of the suspect’s Snapchat account.
They asserted that between April 5 and May 9, the suspect shared several videos depicting her sexually abusing her children, as well as a canine.
According to the police, some of the videos contained the suspect having intercourse with the toddler, masturbating in addition to other sexual acts while she breastfed her baby, and having sexual contact with a dog.
The suspect was taken into custody on August 24 and booked into the St. Lucie County jail. She is facing charges of felony battery of a child under 12 years old, felony possession of child pornography, felony incest, sexual battery on a child, and sexual activity with an animal. She is being held on a $1.2 million bond.
Currently, the father of the children is not facing charges.
