Teen Forced to Sign ‘Sex Slave’ Contract

A man was arrested and charged after allegedly forcing a teenage girl to sign a contract stating that she would have sexual relations with him twice a week.

66-year-old Andrew Michael Mustapick was reportedly spending time with a 19-year-old girl.

Mustapick allegedly told the 19-year-old that he would purchase a vehicle for her if she agreed to have sex with him.

The older girl did not follow through, but her 17-year-old friend was reportedly convinced to provide sex to Mustapick.

During the alleged negotiation, Mustapick reportedly required the girl to sign a contract stating that she would be his “sex slave” for 5 years. It additionally reportedly said she had to be with him every Monday and Friday, and specified which physical acts were expected.

On June 3, Mustapick allegedly bought a vehicle, and 10 days later it was reportedly registered to him and the 19-year-old.

The young girl was allegedly taken to Mustapick’s home by the older girl on June 8. The teen reported that she and the man had their first sexual encounter.

The alleged victim said she went back to Mustapick’s house two more times but did not return after that.

Mustapick reportedly responded to her refusal to return by selling the vehicle he co-owned with the older teenager.

According to the police, the girl, now 18, told them about the contract. She also reportedly showed them pictures and video evidence of sexual acts between her and Mustapick.

During their investigation, the police asked the alleged victim to reach out to Mustapick by telephone while they listened to the conversation.

When the man answered, he denied knowing the teenager.

Nearly a month later, Mustapick allegedly spoke to the teen when she called. The authorities asserted that based on the conversation, and despite his previous denial, it was obvious that the man knew the alleged victim.

At the urging of the police, the teenager called Mustapick again. She told the man that she was struggling financially.

Mustapick allegedly offered to allow her to sign another contract.

On September 27, Mustapick was arrested for unlawful sexual activity with certain minors. He was released from jail on a $50,000 bond.
