Grocery Store Clerk Defiled Food Items with Seminal Fluid

A man who was employed at a chain grocery store in Colorado was accused of ejaculating on unwrapped food items, in addition to masturbating in front of local shop windows.

Last summer, the Fort Collins Police opened an investigation after learning about a man who had been touching himself sexually and exposing himself outside of coffee shops. The situation was investigated for months, and after collecting and reviewing details from the incidents, they believed the suspect might be a man who used to live in Sacramento. The authorities requested a search warrant to see if they could find anything in the man’s home that could connect him to the incidents.

On the morning of February 20, detectives from the Fort Collins Police were accompanied by Neighborhood Engagement Team officers when they went to the man’s residence with the signed warrant. The man was home when they arrived and allowed the officers to enter his home without incident.

According to reports, during their search, the authorities discovered what they believed was evidence that the man’s public sexual behavior extended beyond the coffee shop storefronts. They reported that they learned he was an employee at a Safeway grocery store. He allegedly had videos stored in his home showing him masturbating on fruit and vegetables in the market, in addition to inside packages holding store-baked products.

The suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Larimer County Jail. He is facing several charges including 16 counts of attempted sexual assault on a child, 14 misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, four counts of misdemeanor attempted unlawful sexual contact, and two counts of misdemeanor attempted indecent exposure. The investigation is ongoing, and the man is being held on a $25,000 bond.
