Grocery Store Clerk Defiled Food Items with Seminal Fluid

The situation was investigated for months, and after collecting and reviewing details from the incidents, they believed the suspect might be a man who used to live in Sacramento. The authorities requested a search warrant to see if they could find anything in the man’s home that could connect him to the incidents.

On the morning of February 20, detectives from the Fort Collins Police were accompanied by Neighborhood Engagement Team officers when they went to the man’s residence with the signed warrant. The man was home when they arrived and allowed the officers to enter his home without incident.

On October 9, 75 people went to the morning service at the Spirit of Life Roman Catholic Church in Mandan, North Dakota.

When a North Carolina mother saw a homeless man, identified as 56-year-old Leonard Dale Dover, stuck outside in the heavy rains she invited him into her family home for a place to wait out the bad weather.

While Dover was inside of the house the woman made a quick run to the local Walmart to pick up a few items. Her 13-year-old daughter was home while Dover was there, and while her mother was absent she said that he tried to give her money in exchange for sex and that he masturbated in front of her.
