In North Carolina, a man’s wife allegedly maimed her husband when she reportedly used a sharp garden tool to chop off his penis.
On September 10, 56-year-old Victoria Frabutt and her 61-year-old husband reportedly spent the morning creating a savage and life-changing memory.
Victoria, who allegedly appeared to have the impression that her husband should be seen a “message for sinning against God and fornication,” reportedly tied up the man and retrieved a pair of gardening shears intended for clipping rose bushes.
Using the tool, Victoria allegedly entirely severed the bound man’s penis from his body and handed him a towel for the bleeding wound while she placed a call to 911.
When speaking with the 911 operator, Victoria said she needed someone to dispatch to her home because her husband needed assistance spiritually, and he was also in physical pain.
The operator inquired about the source of the affliction and Victoria allegedly explained how she had used the clippers to remove the part of the man that she claimed he favors the most, but she did not disclose the specifics. She was additionally reported as saying that the man was suffering as a means to share a message regarding “sinning against God and fornication.”
The operator asked Victoria to try to explain the severity of the reported injury and she allegedly stated that the bleeding was so minimal that she was unable to use it to “to make the sign of the cross, or write sinner, or anything like that.”
Upon arriving at the residence, deputies found and iced the alleged victim’s unattached appendage and sent him to the hospital for treatment.
Victoria was taken into custody and booked on charges of malicious castration and kidnapping, and her initial bond was set at $100,000.
After she appeared in court on Wednesday the amount of her bond was raised to $500,000 due to the prosecution’s assertion that Frabutt poses a flight risk.
