On June 17, members from the Narcotics Task Force and the Special Response Team at the Okeechobee County Sheriff’s Office acted on a warrant to search a home believed to be involved in drug activity.
When they entered the residence, the authorities noted that six people were present.
The authorities reported that one of the people, identified as 43-year-old Richard Anthony Bonnell, was wearing a one-piece pajama outfit adorned with black-and-white spots, pink buttons, and pink cuffs. He also had a pink collar with a silver heart tag around his neck.
The other people in the home were identified as David Allen Lewis, Monique Rumsley, Karlie Lacey, Loren Johnston, and Kimberly Stein. According to the authorities, more than one of the people in the group has been in trouble with the law prior to the current incident.
