25-year-old Jordan Lindsey currently resides in the Elmhurst, Illinois area, but his hometown is in Wisconsin. He has the image of the Tesla vehicle manufacturer’s logo tattooed on his left cheek.
Late in the evening on November 25, Lindsey was reportedly driving a GMC Safari minivan in Elmhurst. The man was allegedly cruising around without current registration tags and sans car insurance. His driver’s license was also reportedly suspended.

The Elmhurst police responded to the accident, and they identified Lindsey as the driver.
According to the police report, the minivan that Lindsey was driving did not have current registration, and he was unable to provide them with proof of current auto insurance.
The authorities discovered that Lindsey had been charged with driving while intoxicated in Wisconsin, and his license was suspended as a result of the allegations.
Lindsey was taken into custody and incarcerated in the DuPage County Jail. He is facing charges for suspicion of felony aggravated DUI, driving on a suspended license, driving without vehicle registration, and failure to reduce speed to avoid a crash.
He was released on bond, and he has a court date scheduled on December 20.
