Woman Charged For Lewd Virtual Visit With Inmate

A Florida woman is facing charges after it was alleged that she and her jailed boyfriend had a virtual sex encounter during a video visit while a young boy was reportedly standing next to her bed.

26-year-old Tathan Fields and his girlfriend, 32-year-old Noelle Rascati, were taking part in a virtual visit on March 25, as Fields has been sentenced to spend 15-years in jail for theft crimes.

During the video chat, Fields and Rascati allegedly spent a large portion of the 12-minutes they spent together engaging in mutual sexual self-pleasure.

While inspecting the contents of Fields’ virtual visit recordings the authorities reported that they found the allegedly explicit encounter.

During their watch of the recording, the inspectors asserted that a youngster was in the bedroom with Rascati and standing very close to the bed that she was allegedly lying on while she took off her robe and posed nude in front of the video camera.

After shedding her robe, Rascati allegedly masturbated for Fields as the man appeared to do the same. The child was reportedly seen in the frames of the recording, and he walked from one side of the bed to the other. He was also reportedly heard chattering during the alleged acts, but due to the low quality of the video, it was reported that what he was saying was indistinct.

Upon further inspection, it was asserted that since Fields was able to be viewed on Rascati’s side the child in the room was likely able to see the man touching himself as well.

Rascati was taken into custody and charged with one count of felony engaging in lewd and lascivious conduct in the presence of a minor. She paid a $2,000 bail and was released.

The relationship between Rascati and the youngster was removed from the affidavit, but news outlets have reported that the boy is her son.

It has been reported that Fields is not currently facing any charges for the alleged incident.
