Man Squirted Fluid on Buttocks of Female Shoppers

A man who found himself in legal trouble at the beginning of the summer has been accused a second time of going into a store and using a syringe to squirt fluid on the buttocks of women shoppers.

At the end of June, a man from Miami, Florida, was at a Ross Dress for Less store in Southwest Miami-Dade when he allegedly walked up behind an underage girl with a medical syringe in his hand. The syringe reportedly contained a white unknown liquid substance, and the man allegedly squirted the fluid on the back of the girl’s jeans. He was also accused of recording the girl’s rear end with his cell phone before he ran out of the store.

On the afternoon of August 29, a woman was shopping at a Marshalls store in Miami. Just like the incident in June, a man reportedly approached her and squirted her backside with the liquid inside a syringe.

During their investigation of the incidents, the police reviewed the surveillance footage that they collected from the stores. They noted that the suspect was wearing the same baseball cap in both videos.

The woman from Marshalls was able to identify the man when the police showed her pictures.

The suspect was taken into custody and booked into the Miami-Dade Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation. He reportedly told the authorities that the syringes contained lotion. He is facing preliminary charges of felony battery on a child including bodily fluids, felony tampering with evidence, and two counts of misdemeanor battery. He was initially held on an $8,500 bond but was released the following day and placed on house arrest. He is also barred from going to Ross Dress for Less and Marshalls, in addition to having no contact with the alleged victims.
