Man Crashed Through Gate at Jennifer Aniston’s Mansion

A man who reportedly publicly declared his love for actress Jennifer Aniston in multiple online posts may face a felony charge after allegedly crashing a vehicle through the gate at the front of her mansion in Bel Air.

According to reports, a 48-year-old Mississippi man who believes he and Jennifer Aniston are destined to be wed relocated to Southern California in the fall. Several posts on social media asserted to be written by the man, which professed his love for her, were perceived as indicating he believed that God intended for them to be together.

Last Monday afternoon, Aniston was in her Los Angeles home when a vehicle slammed into and broke open the front gate. Her security was able to grab the individual, who did not enter the residence, and held him until the authorities arrived. The police identified him as the man from Mississippi. When he was arrested, he complained of back pain and was sent to the hospital for medical treatment. After he was released, he was booked into the Los Angeles County Jail without bail. He is currently facing preliminary charges of felony vandalism. The authorities are continuing their investigation into the incident, and the district attorney is still reviewing the details of the case to see if official charges will be sought.

A man who has known the suspect most of his life spoke out about the situation and said they believe the accused has been suffering from declining mental health and delusions since the pandemic. He also said his friend, who was known as a pleasant person, quit his job around the same time. Multiple lifelong friends noted the recent changes in him, and they hope the man can receive whatever help he may need.
