A Colorado man was taken into custody after allegedly threatening a neighbor’s family, damaging property, and confronting the authorities during a dispute.
According to the authorities, the arrest followed a series of ongoing issues between neighbors at a residence in Colorado Springs. The homeowners had reportedly experienced repeated problems and had even listed their property for sale due to the situation.
The incident that prompted police response occurred on March 24 at approximately 3:00 p.m., when a resident called 911 to report a threat and claimed to have video evidence of property damage. Investigators said the footage allegedly showed a man dressed in black throwing objects over a fence and making graphic statements about harm toward the homeowner’s grandchildren.
