Couple’s Sexual Amusement on Ferris Wheel Spotted by Kids

A couple at an amusement park allegedly had sexual relations while riding the Ferris wheel, and several youngsters reportedly saw the pair in action.

On August 14, 32-year-old David Davis and his girlfriend Heather Johnston, also 32, were at the Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky.

Just after 8:00 pm, Davis and Johnson got on the Giant Wheel Ferris wheel ride.

Other patrons in the park loaded into the cars on the Ferris wheel, and Davis and Johnson reportedly made themselves comfortable as the ride started.

It was reported that the people in the car below Davis and Johnson held two 18-year-olds and two underage girls. The four girls reported that when they looked up, they saw Davis and Johnson having sexual intercourse.

A sergeant and a security guard from the Cedar Point Police were informed about the alleged incident. They held the couple and the alleged witnesses at the site while an officer from the Sandusky Police Department headed over to the Ferris wheel to investigate.

When the authorities spoke to the girls from the car below the couple, they explained that they saw the man’s genitals and the woman’s naked behind. The two underage girls reportedly gave a detailed description of the sexual position that they saw the pair in.

The police asked Davis and Johnson about the claims against them, and Johnson reportedly tried to clarify that the girls saw her drop her cigarettes, and she and Davis bent down at the same time to retrieve them.

After further questioning, it was reported that Davis and Johnson confirmed their public sexual tryst but said they did not know the youngsters could see them.

Davis and Johnston were both taken into custody and booked into the Erie County Jail. They are suspected of public indecency with an enhancement to a first-degree misdemeanor due to the two underage alleged viewers. Davis and Johnson were each released on $3000 bond.
