Man With Exposed Genitals Groped Young Girl at Mall

A man has been accused of exposing himself and inappropriately touching a young girl at a Florida mall.

On August 9, a man later identified as 42-year-old Julian Todd Lambert from Boca Raton was reportedly hanging out at the Pembroke Lakes Mall.

A mother reported that she dropped off her 10-year-old daughter and her older siblings so they could buy clothing for school.

The girls went to Popeye’s for food, and while they were standing in line Lambert allegedly touched the 10-year-old on her buttocks. When one of her sisters saw the alleged incident, she screamed.

The girls said that Lambert had his pants down and his private parts were out. They also reported that he was holding a white bag in front of his exposed genitals.

A 17-year-old girl and her mom also reported they saw Lambert with his private parts out while walking through the mall.

The authorities were notified by both alleged victims, and officers went to the mall.

When they arrived, the officers spoke to the people involved in the alleged incidents.

The police tried to find the man, but it did not appear that Lambert was still in the mall.

When they searched around the area outside the mall, the police said they saw a man matching Lambert’s description sitting at a bus stop.

After being positively identified by a victim, Lambert was taken into custody. He is expected to face charges for one felony count of lewd and lascivious molestation and indecent exposure.

On August 10, it was ordered that Lambert be held on an $8,500 bond. He is forbidden from being near children, as well as the mall, upon his release. He will also receive a medical evaluation.
