43-year-old Dale “Davey” Baldridge lives in Eureka, California.
On November 24, Baldridge was with two people in the driveway of a residence, and the trio was allegedly openly carrying guns.
When the Humboldt County Sheriff’s Office looked into the situation, they reportedly learned that Baldridge had an active arrest warrant.
The deputies searched Baldridge and alleged that he had heroin, in addition to more than one type of pharmaceutical.
The vehicle in which the three suspects were allegedly in reportedly contained stolen guns and credit cards.
Baldridge was placed under arrest, and he was booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility. It is expected that he will face several felony charges, including possession of stolen property, possession of a controlled substance, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of a controlled substance while armed.
Approximately three weeks after Baldridge bailed out of jail, agents from the Humboldt County Drug Task Force asserted that he was involved in additional drug activity.
On December 15, sheriff’s deputies performed a traffic stop on Baldridge.
When they searched the man and his vehicle, the authorities allegedly found just over 12 grams of heroin, 13.5 grams of methamphetamine, a couple of rounds meant for a .22, and over $6,000. The drugs were reportedly stashed in eight separate bags, and it was purported that Baldridge was planning to sell them.
His residence was inspected, and the police reportedly located a digital scale with a substance stuck to the surface that they purported was heroin.
Baldridge was arrested a second time, and he is facing charges for suspicion of possessing heroin for sale, transporting heroin for sale, possession of methamphetamine for sale, transportation of methamphetamine for sale, committing a felony while out on bail, and being a felon in possession of ammunition.
