Drunk College Girl Raped while Vomiting in Campus Bathroom

An intoxicated University of Indiana student was reportedly raped by a classmate while she was throwing up in a bathroom on campus.

18-year-old Samuel H. Elliot was a student at the University of Indiana until recently.

On December 2, while he was still reportedly enrolled in school at the college, Elliot allegedly attended a small gathering with some friends. The group reportedly spent time together in one of the common rooms on campus, and they later moved to a private room.

One of the girls at the gathering reportedly consumed a great deal of vodka. She started to feel ill and decided to lay down.

When the sick feelings intensified, the girl went into a common bathroom outside of the dorm room so that she could vomit.

According to reports, Elliot went after the girl and entered the bathroom while she was throwing up. The man allegedly propositioned her for sex, and she reportedly told him she was not sober enough to be able to make that decision.

Elliot allegedly ignored the woman’s response, and she reported that he took his pants down and sexually assaulted her while she continued vomiting.
When one of the alleged victim’s friends called her for a video chat, Elliot reportedly warned her to keep the encounter between the two of them.

The alleged victim confided in a friend, and they went into the bathroom and reportedly found a condom that they believed may have been used in the alleged rape. The condom was placed in a bag and refrigerated.

The authorities were notified about the alleged encounter, and they began to investigate the claim. The condom was handed over to them, and when they believed they had enough evidence, they got a warrant for Elliot’s arrest.

On January 25, Elliot turned himself in to the authorities. He is being charged with one count of rape for the allegations. Elliot was booked into the county jail in lieu of a $25,000 bond, and he was later released from custody.

He has a court date on the calendar in early February.

It was reported that Elliot is no longer listed as an enrolled student at the University of Indiana.
