Actor Ezra Miller was taken into custody a second time in less than a month on the island of Hawaii after they allegedly threw a chair at a woman.
29-year-old Ezra Miller, who began their acting career in 2008, has played a variety of roles over the years. Recently, they have played the character of Barry Allen as the Flash in several of Warner Bros.’ DC Comic adaptations.
Miller, who hails from New Jersey, has recently been visiting Hawaii.
During their time on the island, Miller has reportedly gotten into legal trouble more than once.
On March 28, Miller was at a karaoke bar when they allegedly acted in a manner that led to their arrest. Miller was reportedly yelling obscenities in the establishment, snatched the microphone from the hands of a 23-year-old woman who was singing, and later allegedly lunged toward a 32-year-old man who was playing darts. Miller has been accused of disorderly conduct and harassment for the allegations.
On April 19, Miller was at someone’s private home in Puna attending a social gathering. It was reported that Miller was asked to leave the residence.
Miller reportedly became upset by the ejection, and he allegedly threw a chair. A 26-year-old woman’s head was cut open when the flying piece of furniture struck her.
The Hawaii Police Department was notified, but Miller was no longer at the home where the incident reportedly took place.
The police found Miller driving their vehicle around 1:30 am, and a traffic stop was performed.
Miller was placed under arrest for suspicion of second-degree assault.
According to reports, the woman who was hit by the chair declined medical treatment when it was offered.
