Father and Son Chased and Shot at FedEx Driver

A man and his son are facing charges after allegedly chasing a FedEx driver and shooting a gun at his vehicle.

Gregory Charles Case and his son Brandon live in Brookhaven, Mississippi.

On the evening of January 24, Gregory and his son were at home when a FedEx vehicle was temporarily left in their driveway while the driver made a delivery.

Before the driver was able to pull out, Gregory allegedly took his truck and obstructed the path of the van.

It was reported that the FedEx driver was able to get onto the street by driving over the lawn, but when he entered the road, Brandon was allegedly standing in front of the vehicle.

While Brandon reportedly had the man trapped, he allegedly aimed a firearm at the driver before the man navigated the van around him and headed toward the Interstate.

According to reports, Brandon got into the passenger’s seat of his dad’s truck and the men chased the FedEx van.

The driver called the manager to let them know about the situation, and it was reported that the manager overheard what sounded like many gunshots. It was asserted that they were aimed at the FedEx van and that Brandon was the shooter.

The authorities were notified by the manager, and the employee was able to escape unscathed.

On February 1, Gregory and Brandon went to the Brookhaven Police Department to turn themselves in. They had their lawyers with them when they surrendered.

Both men were taken into custody and booked into the Lincoln County Jail.

Gregory was charged with conspiracy, and his bond was set at $75,000.

Brandon is expected to face charges of shooting into a motor vehicle. He is being held in lieu of a $150,000 bond.

It is unknown at this time whether the Cases will face federal charges for the allegations.
