McDonald’s Worker Jailed for Inking Child inside Restaurant

A reportedly unlicensed tattoo artist allegedly inked an underage person in the middle of a McDonald’s that was open for business.

28-year-old Brandon D’Marcus Presha lives in South Carolina. He is a felon serving two years of probation after a conviction in 2020.

On August 6, Presha was reportedly at the 24-hour McDonald’s in Laurens. A young boy was also one of the people inside the establishment.

It was reported that the youngster sat down at a table in the restaurant, and Presha joined him.

While donning a face mask and a pair of gloves, Presha allegedly produced a tattoo gun and ink. He reportedly began to give the boy a tattoo in front of others in the restaurant.

Someone recorded a video of the event and posted it on social media.

As the footage began to rack up views, the police were made aware of the incident.

When the authorities watched the video, they reported that the allegedly unlicensed tattoo artist etched a design on the underage boy’s arm. It was noted that a customer in the restaurant could be heard saying that she was unhappy with her order. She also reportedly threatened to call the authorities.

On August 10, Presha was taken into custody and booked into the county jail. He is facing two misdemeanor charges for suspicion of illegal tattooing without a license, and tattooing on a person under 18.

Presha was incarcerated on a $25,000 bond, and if he is convicted as charged, he could be fined and spend up to a year in jail.

Since he is on probation, it was reported that he could face an additional charge for violation of the terms.
