Suspect Attacked Ex for Mocking His Member

A man on probation for a gun-related conviction was arrested after his ex-girlfriend accused him of breaking into her home and assaulting her when she joked about the size of his penis.

On August 29, a 42-year-old woman was texting her ex, who is also the father of her three children, when he reportedly became upset after she uploaded a picture of someone’s penis, and then told him that his member was small.

Just before midnight, the 30-year-old man allegedly showed up at his ex’s house in Vero Beach without an invitation. According to the police report, he went inside without permission and found the woman in her bedroom lying in bed.

According to reports, he approached his ex and punched her in the face. He then allegedly choked her and threatened her life. Before she could call for help, the man reportedly grabbed her cell phone and kept it from her until he fled from the dwelling.

The authorities were notified, and deputies from the Indian River Sheriff’s Office went to the home. Since the suspect was no longer there, they took a statement from the alleged victim and recorded her injuries. They noted that she had an open wound on her nose.

Later in the evening, the police were able to locate the suspect.

The man was placed under arrest and booked into the Indian River County Jail. He is currently expected to face charges for battery, and burglary of a dwelling with assault and battery. An additional charge for violation of probation may be added.

According to jail records, he was released the following afternoon after posting a $16,000 bond, and he was informed that he is disallowed from contacting the alleged victim.
