A Florida woman was recently legally ordered not to go back to her home after she allegedly crammed nachos down her wife’s pants during a domestic dispute.
Early in the morning on March 3, an officer from the Port St. Lucie Police Department went to a local residence after the authorities were notified by someone asking them to check on her friend. The caller said she had been talking to her on the phone when she thought she heard the woman’s wife becoming physically violent, and she wanted to make sure everything was okay.
According to the arrest affidavit, both individuals were home when he arrived, but each provided the officer with a different account of what happened. The 39-year-old woman who answered the door reportedly told him that her 40-year-old wife was intoxicated and became angry. She alleged that her spouse “made several holes in the wall,” but assured the officer that the fight did not become physical.
