Woman Uses Machete to Force Ex-Boyfriend to Have Sex

The authorities have reported that a Montana woman has been accused of breaking into her ex-boyfriend’s place of residence with a machete. The suspect then made the man have sexual intercourse with her while she kept the weapon in her hand.

On June 22, around 11:00 pm, a man who had been away from his home arrived at the residence to find that his ex-girlfriend had allegedly broken in.

The reported victim stated that he entered his bedroom and the woman, identified as 19-year-old Samantha Mears, was hidden behind the door with a machete in her hand.

Mears reportedly approached her ex-boyfriend from behind since he had not noticed her presence yet, and instructed him to take his clothes off and get on the bed. He said that the reason he went along with her orders is that he did not believe he would have remained safe if he had tried to escape the situation at that moment.

With the man naked on the bed, Mears allegedly mounted him and began having intercourse with him against his will. He stated that he got an erection when he saw her naked body which he was able to maintain until he ejaculated.

The man then tried to end the encounter with Mears, but she reportedly bit him on the arm and remained on top of him until his penis was completely flaccid. Mears allegedly kept the machete in her hand the entire time they had intercourse.

When Mears reportedly decided to end the sexual encounter she remained on the bed and held the weapon while the former couple engaged in a verbal argument.

According to the affidavit, the victim overheard his sister come into the house in the middle of the fighting and he sent her a text message explaining what was transpiring and telling her that she should leave. He was also able to use the phone and dial 911 without Mears noticing by acting as if he was calling a friend instead.

After placing the call for assistance the alleged victim had a chance to exit the bedroom. He collected his sister, who was still inside of the residence as he was leaving, and they waited in a location outside of the house until the police arrived.

The victim’s sister showed the authorities the text message content that she received from her brother when she entered the residence, and the officers interrogated Mears. She disclosed that her ex had kidnapped her and given her the machete in order to keep herself safe.

Documents state that the couple has a history of violence between one another.

Police arrested Mears and she is facing charges of one felony count of aggravated burglary, one felony count of assault with a weapon, and misdemeanors comprised of one count of criminal mischief, one count of assault, and one count of unlawful restraint. She is being held in the Cascade County Jail on $50,000 bail.
