Circumstances involving a man who allegedly played a pornographic film using his garage door as a screen led to his arrest after he refused to agree with the accusations.
The authorities received an alert from a resident regarding a neighbor of theirs who had reportedly shared his private entertainment with the public, including children, by using his a garage door as a movie screen for a porn film just after 7:00 pm.
After arriving at the home that was reported, an officer purportedly discovered that a film projector was sitting on the front porch while an X-rated film was allegedly the chosen material used for the presentation.
It was determined that 41-year-old Antonio Smallwood, the alleged offender, would be served a summons for the inappropriate public display of pornography. When Smallwood was presented with the document he chose to refrain from signing the document.
Due to his refusal to give his signature, Smallwood was taken into custody and booked into the detention center without bail for obscene sexual display and obstruction of justice without force or threats.
