Dog-Humping Florida Man Attacked Boyfriend

A man who was allegedly humping a dog was arrested after reportedly assaulting his boyfriend, who caught him in the act.

33-year-old John Miller lives in Milton with his 50-year-old longtime boyfriend. Miller’s significant other’s mom owns the residence.

In the evening on November 11, Miller was at home when his boyfriend reportedly discovered him humping their dog.

His boyfriend reportedly asked Miller what was going on.

Miller allegedly responded by brutally assaulting him.

The alleged victim’s mother reportedly witnessed the assault, and she called the police.

The authorities went to the home, and Miller had already left the premises.

When the police talked to the alleged victim, the man said that he was struck in the head and neck when he tried to talk to Miller about what he believed he was doing to the pet. The man said his head was injured, and it was noted that he had visible wounds on his body.

The alleged victim’s mother spoke with the police, and she said that Miller broke items in the house, including the garage door.

Miller was found at a local residence and taken into custody.

After he was read his Miranda rights, Miller reportedly said he would speak to a deputy about what transpired during the incident.

It was reported that Miller said he thought his boyfriend was looking at “boys in their underwear” on the internet. Miller reported that he was the one who was assaulted when trying to talk to his boyfriend about the content he was allegedly viewing. Miller alleged that his significant other struck him several times with a metal pipe.

He is facing charges for suspicion of aggravated assault, domestic battery, and criminal mischief. Miller was incarcerated in the county jail on a $7,000 bond.
