Man Arrested for Domestic Battery with Sex Toy

A Florida Man rang in the New Year with an arrest after allegedly battering a woman with a sex toy when she reportedly commented on his flaccid sexual prowess.

Early in the morning on January 1, a man from Seminole was spending time with a woman when things reportedly began going south. The pair reportedly got into a dispute when the woman said he needed to take medication for erectile dysfunction.

It was reported that the man did not appreciate the feedback. He allegedly went to the closet in the bedroom and returned with a dildo. He allegedly grabbed the back of the woman’s head while forcing the sex toy into her mouth. He also reportedly hit her in the eye with a closed fist.

The authorities were notified, and deputies from the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office went to the residence to follow up on the report. They spoke to the man and woman about the incident when they arrived.

According to the arrest affidavit, both parties gave different versions of what transpired. The woman told the deputies that the man assaulted her with the sex toy, but the man said he did not remember that happening. The woman also alleged he punched her, but the man told the police she was the one who hit him in the eye. It was ultimately decided that the man, who had reportedly been drinking, was the aggressor.

The suspect, who was recently released from prison after serving a lengthy sentence, was taken into custody and booked into the Pinellas County Jail. He is currently being held on a $2,500 bond. He is expected to face charges for misdemeanor domestic battery/ dating violence.
