Man Arrested for Domestic Battery with Sex Toy

A Florida man was placed under arrest after allegedly striking and injuring his girlfriend with a sex toy during a domestic dispute on Thanksgiving.

Just after 4:30 AM on Thanksgiving, a couple who have been together for 7 months and was staying at the Sun Island Motel in St. Petersburg began to engage in a verbal disagreement.

Things reportedly heated up, and the fight allegedly became physical.

According to reports, the 45-year-old man began packing his belongings in his suitcase when he reached into the 33-year-old woman’s suitcase and started to remove her clothes. He reportedly tossed them haphazardly, and they ended up strewn around the room.

The man reportedly got his hands on a sex toy and used it to strike the woman.

The authorities were notified about the situation, and the police went to the hotel to investigate the matter.

It was reported that the woman was found with a bruise on her stomach, and she claimed that her boyfriend caused it by hitting her with the sex toy. The police noted in the arrest affidavit that they believed the bruising was incurred during the altercation.

When they spoke to the man about the incident, the police noted that he appeared as if he was under the influence of alcohol. They recorded it as a mitigating factor when the police report was filled out.

He reportedly told the police that he did throw some items, but that he did not recall what they were.

The man was taken into custody and booked into the Pinellas County Jail on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic battery. He was released from custody the following day after posting a $1,000 bond.
