Man in Need of College Tuition Burglarized Several Homes

A man who needed money to pay for college reportedly robbed three houses after Satan allegedly encouraged him to do so.

18-year-old Rafael Woloski is from Vero Beach, Florida, in his parents’ residence.

Woloski reportedly has the desire but lacks the funds needed to attend college.

On the evening of June 26, the man reportedly decided to try to gather the money he needs by taking it from other people’s homes.

During his alleged spree, Woloski reportedly broke into a residence where a woman was inside the home.

When Woloski allegedly let him in by slicing the screen, he and the occupant encountered each other. The woman was able to take note of some of the man’s features before he fled from her home.

The Indian River County Sheriff’s Office was made aware of the incident, and deputies patrolled the area.

The deputies located and identified Woloski near the woman’s home, and they talked to the man about the allegations.

According to the arrest affidavit, when Woloski was apprehended, the officers found him in possession of a small knife.

After being transported to the Sheriff’s Office, Woloski was taken to the interrogation room to discuss the incident.

The man reportedly waived his right to legal counsel and gave the authorities a summary of what he had done that evening.

Woloski allegedly said he was trying to figure out how to pay for college, and when weighing his options, the devil told him he should steal it. He reportedly admitted he tried to enter the woman’s residence and ran away after they saw each other. He did not take anything from her home.

The man also reportedly disclosed that he had broken into two other homes.

Woloski was booked into the River County Jail on a $75,000 bond. It is expected that he will face charges for three counts of armed burglary of a dwelling or structure.
