A man who was allegedly caught touching himself sexually in three different stores on the same day told the police it was medically necessary for him to do so, but he was arrested anyway.

On April 9, a 40-year-old man from Vero Beach, Florida visited a local Arby’s restaurant. While he was there, he allegedly began masturbating out in the open.  

The police were notified, and when deputies from the Indian River County Sheriff’s Office arrived at the eatery, the man was still there. The deputies spoke with him about the complaint, but he was not detained. He reportedly stopped touching himself and left the premises.

A man who is on probation for drug crimes was allegedly caught with 50 grams of fentanyl and several other substances when the driver of a car he was in was pulled over. 

On September 16, a 28-year-old from Vero Beach was a passenger seated in the back of a vehicle when the driver allegedly ran a stop sign. 

The alleged failure to stop was spotted by officers from the Vero Beach Police Department, and they performed a traffic stop.

When the police allegedly caught a Florida man holding drugs and several hypodermic needles, he reportedly told them he had the syringes to use while fishing.

According to reports, in the early afternoon on January 22, Bennett walked to a local mobile park where his uncle lives.

Around 6:30 pm on October 12, the Vero Beach Police Department was notified by someone at a local Walmart about a possible car theft in progress on the property.

The police went to the location and reported that they saw a man trying to force his way into a parked Nissan Frontier.

When they approached the suspected truck thief, he was reportedly shirtless and sitting on a bicycle near the truck.

A Florida man who was allegedly caught burglarizing a barn reportedly had sex with one of the housed horses on several occasions.

57-year-old Santiago Victoria reportedly works for a welding company in Vero Beach. The business parks its company vehicles close to a barn on a nearby personal property.

A woman owns the property, and she recently reportedly noticed that one of her horses looked like it had wounds on its neck. She also allegedly discovered different types of ropes in the stable where the miniature horse stays. She believed the marks on the horse’s neck were made with the ropes.

Woloski reportedly has the desire but lacks the funds needed to attend college.

A man and woman who were allegedly drinking in a Florida park were apprehended after they reportedly engaged in sexual behavior inside the playground equipment tunnel.

In the morning on June 4, 52-year-old Sharon Finlay and her boyfriend, Germain Loen Jackson, 44, were reportedly hanging out at Pocahontas Park in Vero Beach, Florida. The couple was allegedly drinking vodka and malt beverages on the playground.

The pair reportedly crawled into the tunnel attached to the jungle gym and started to get sexually intimate with each other in public.

When the daughter of an allegedly intoxicated Florida man declined his offer to share pizza, he reportedly threw a slice of the pie in her face.

41-year-old Tyler Worden resides in Vero Beach, Florida. His 20-year-old daughter lives in the same town, but she has her own residence.

A Florida man being processed out of jail after paying bail was taken back into custody on April Fool’s Day for allegedly swiping a webcam attached to a computer in the facility.

35-year-old Steven Lawrence Moran resides in Vero Beach, Florida.

At the end of February, Moran was taken into custody by the Indian River County Sheriff’s Department for a felony criminal mischief charge. He was incarcerated on a $1,000 bond.

As they cruised down the road, Ortecho was allegedly blasting the rap song “A Ciento Veinte” by the artist “Track Insano.”
