Man Threatened Disney Executives Lives in Twitter Explosion

A Florida man reportedly posted over 200 tweets expressing his intention to harm Disney executives and his disdain for Activision.

31-year-old Steven James Jordan reportedly has a habit of verbalizing his discontent through criminal behavior.

In August 2019, Jordan became disgruntled and reached out to a local Masonic lodge by telephone. He placed many calls to the center. When speaking with someone at the location, Jordan said he was going to shoot up the building.

He was charged for false reports about planting a bomb, explosive, or weapon of mass destruction. Jordan was convicted.

On August 8, Jordan reportedly created an account on Twitter.

Jordan allegedly spent the following three hours launching an online textual assault. The reported rage was aimed at the Walt Disney Corporation and some of its executives, and Activision Games.

The man allegedly said he would use C4 and hand grenades to destroy the homes of the Disney executives.

His expressions to Activision were reportedly based on his anger over recent legal problems that the company has been involved in.

The authorities learned about the tweets, and they used the information gathered from the Twitter account to try to find the culprit.

When they followed the digital trail, they reported that it led to Jordan.

The man allegedly copped to typing and posting the material on the social media site.

On August 12, Jordan was taken into custody. He is facing charges for threatening to throw, place, or discharge a destructive device. After being incarcerated in the Pinellas County Jail, he was released on a $10,000 bond.

Jordan has pleaded not guilty to the allegations.

Twitter suspended Jordan’s account as a result of the ongoing investigation.
