Masturbating Uber Passenger in Sticky Situation With the Law

The passenger of an Uber has been accused of performing acts of sexual self-gratification while the driver was in view and navigating to the man’s destination.

A driver who is employed with the Uber service responded to an early morning notification and picked up a man in need of a ride.

When the man got into the vehicle he reportedly chose to sit in the front passenger seat next to the driver. While the driver was making his way to the address that the client wanted to be dropped off the passenger allegedly exposed his genitals and started masturbating. The driver additionally alleged that the passenger asked him if he would like to touch his penis as well.

The driver pulled over and told the man to get out of the vehicle, and he called the police to report what he purported had taken place.

Since Uber keeps records of the people who hail rides through their service, a search of the information that was collected identified 27-year-old Christopher Wayne Jensen as the suspect who was inside of the vehicle.

Jensen learned about the allegations two weeks ago and turned himself in to the police. He allegedly said that he had been rather drunk that night and he remembered ordering the Uber, but he has no memory of what the driver reported him doing. He also said that he is not the kind of person who would commit such acts, and he thinks there are details that have not come out about what happened in the vehicle on the night of the alleged incident.

Jensen is facing charges for suspicion of indecent exposure, and he is no longer in custody.
