A man and his son who had been drinking together got into an argument leading to the father alleging that his son had assaulted and bit him during the incident.
21-year-old Jason Eugene Radginski and his father had been drinking alcohol together when things allegedly became aggressive in nature due to a disagreement about Radginski’s mom.
According to the statement given by the alleged victim, Radginski reportedly got physical with his dad by punching him and using his elbow to hit him, as well as biting him in several places.
Radginski’s father also alleged that his son used an ax on the front door of the residence and the windows of his vehicle before leaving the premises in his own car.
When officers caught up with Radginski they reported that he had crashed his car and he was found with blood on his shirt which allegedly belonged to the victim of the fight.
Radginski was taken into custody and a breathalyzer test was administered recording his blood alcohol concentration at .217 percent. He was arraigned and issued charges of simple assault, DUI, summary harassment and criminal mischief, in addition to $15,000 bail that he must satisfy before he will be released from the Luzerne County Correctional Facility.
