College Student Confessed to Vehicle Vandalism on ChatGPT

A Missouri State University sophomore was jailed last weekend after he reportedly vandalized 17 cars in the school’s parking lot and then engaged in a ChatGPT session where he allegedly shared the details of the situation, in addition to admitting he was the one who did it.

According to reports, early in the morning on August 28, seventeen vehicles in the MSU freshman parking lot were damaged, and it was presumed that the destruction was caused by an individual. The alleged mass vandalism left some of the vehicles with broken windows, missing rear-view mirrors, dents, and busted windshield wipers. When the authorities became aware of the situation, officers from the Springfield Police Department began investigating.

Video surveillance was collected, and images of the suspect were made public. People claiming they witnessed the incident were interviewed during the months-long investigation, and on September 23, someone reported that they believed they saw a 19-year-old man who fit the description of the perpetrator. The following day, while talking to the suspect’s roommate, he said the man told him he was involved in the incident. On September 29, an officer went to the apartment and spoke to the suspect. It was believed that his shoes were the same ones the person in the surveillance video was wearing, and they were confiscated as potential evidence. His phone was also searched, and the authorities reported that they found a ChatGPT session with the man’s confession to the acts.

High School Wrestler Physically Attacked by Coach

A wrestling coach in Kentucky is facing assault charges after allegedly approaching a student, slamming him on a table, and tackling him.

A couple of weeks ago, the wrestling team at Western High School in Shively held a banquet for the team members.

According to reports, a 15-year-old freshman on the team attended with his mother and sibling accompanying him.

UC San Diego Student Exposed for Theft of Student’s Panties

A UC San Diego freshman has been implicated as the perpetrator in the disappearance of hundreds of pairs of underwear taken from the Sixth College dormitory laundry rooms. The thefts reportedly took place over a period of weeks before the suspect was caught in the act by a victim, leading to his arrest.

Weeks before David Chou, the alleged culprit, was captured students of UCSD’s Sixth College saw a sign posted in the area of the resident laundry rooms alerting of more than one incident where underwear was stolen. Several students continued to come forward with claims of missing undergarments, and a few weeks following the first warning a duplicate notice was posted encouraging the students to monitor their laundry at all times to deter the thief.

When one woman who requested to remain anonymous reported to her dorm advisor that an entire washing machine load of her laundry had gone missing containing up to 14 pairs of panties, she was assisted in reporting the event to campus police. They informed her that they were unable to facilitate further than suggesting she bring a companion along while doing laundry in order to better ensure her safety. She vented in a post on social media about what had happened to her, and Chou showed much hubris by leaving a humorous retort in the comment section.
