A mother is facing several criminal charges after she overdosed on heroin in her vehicle with her toddler in the back seat.
31-year-old Kaitlyn Carringer has a 2-year-old son.
Carringer and her son were reportedly in a parking lot at a Knoxville, Tennessee grocery store in a Ford F150. The engine was allegedly running, and her child was in the back seat.
