Two women, one of whom is the mother of a 2-year-old boy, were arrested after the child was allegedly abused while being recorded and live-streamed to social media sites.

On August 24 in Niagara, Wisconsin, the video of a young boy’s alleged abuse circulated on social media.

According to reports, a woman was holding the child while his mother allegedly yanked his head around by pulling his hair and caused the youngster to cry out in pain. The woman holding the boy reportedly smiled at the camera and didn’t stop his mother from hurting him.
