The mother of a 10-year-old boy is facing charges after her son’s school informed the authorities that he had a fresh tattoo covering a large portion of his arm. 

Earlier this month, a middle school student in Highland went to the nurse’s office and asked if they would put Vaseline on his arm. 

It was reported that when the nurse looked at the boy’s limb, she saw his name tattooed across his forearm in large letters.
