A Florida man is facing felony charges for allegedly causing approximately $20,000 worth of damage to a Tesla Cybertruck during an unauthorized two-day test drive.

The incident began on November 17, when a 26-year-old local man visited the Tesla store and service center in St. Petersburg, and wanted to test drive the vehicle. He was allotted 30 minutes to take the truck out, but the man reportedly kept the vehicle without permission until it was found damaged at his residence two days later.

According to reports, the assistant manager of the store was able to track down and collect the truck from the man’s residence. Extensive damage was seen on the vehicle, including a broken rearview mirror and camera, a missing GPS unit, and a missing sun visor, as well as two damaged fender flares. It was also reported that the Florida dealer tag was no longer on the truck. The authorities were notified, and the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office began investigating the situation.

The wife of the Sonoma County Sheriff was arrested for driving under the influence after she allegedly crashed her vehicle through the side of a home and injured one of the inhabitants.

Just before 1:00 AM on May 20, the Santa Rosa Police Department received a flow of calls reporting a situation where a vehicle smashed into a house.

The neighbors that notified the authorities said a car jumped the curb, went through a fence, and destroyed the front yard of a residence before propelling through the home.

A California man is facing multiple charges after allegedly purposely driving over a 300-foot cliff with his wife and two young children inside the vehicle. 

On the afternoon of January 2, a 41-year-old man was driving his Tesla near an area called Devil’s Slide, where many accidents have happened. His 42-year-old wife, and two children, ages 5 and 7, were passengers in the vehicle. 

The man was cruising down Pacific Coast Highway when his car went over the side of a cliff and dropped approximately 300 feet. It smashed onto the rocky coast below.

A man with a face tattoo of the Tesla logo was reportedly driving a minivan while under the influence, in addition to several other illegal acts. 

25-year-old Jordan Lindsey currently resides in the Elmhurst, Illinois area, but his hometown is in Wisconsin. He has the image of the Tesla vehicle manufacturer’s logo tattooed on his left cheek. 

Late in the evening on November 25, Lindsey was reportedly driving a GMC Safari minivan in Elmhurst. The man was allegedly cruising around without current registration tags and sans car insurance. His driver’s license was also reportedly suspended.

A North Carolina man was reportedly in his Tesla using autopilot while watching a film on his phone when he allegedly caused an accident involving two police vehicles.

66-year-old Devainder Goli is a resident of Raleigh, and he works as an emergency room physician at the Halifax Regional Medical Center.

Around midnight last Wednesday, Goli was reportedly driving his Tesla down Highway 64.
