A man who was reportedly naked and masturbating allegedly placed calls to several random numbers, causing the people who answered to witness the act. 

35-year-old Adam Tyler Smith, a Tennessee native, and painter by trade was convicted of indecent exposure and drug-related charges in the summer of 2019. 

In February 2022, the Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office began receiving calls from people complaining that an unknown man called them using a video chat application. The people reported that when they answered, the man was nude and masturbating.
