Woman Stabbed Minivan with Pitchfork at Publix

A Florida woman with a whip and a pitchfork reportedly caused a ruckus outside a Publix store after trying to peddle teddy bears.

56-year-old Lisa Anne Slone lives in Ocoee.

On the afternoon of July 19, a woman was reportedly behind a Publix Store in Minneola. It was reported that she was trying to peddle teddy bears for cash from people in the area.

The seller, later identified as Slone, allegedly went to the front of the store. She was reportedly carrying a pitchfork and a black whip.

The woman reportedly began swinging the whip and waving the pitchfork around while running and yelling. Slone allegedly came across a stranger’s minivan and used the pitchfork to stab the body of the vehicle.

The authorities were notified, and deputies were sent to the address.

When they arrived, the deputies reported that when they saw Slone, they believed she was under the influence of an intoxicant, but she did not smell like she had been drinking.

It was reported that Slone was ordered to drop the pitchfork, but she allegedly refused to follow the officer’s command.

The woman reportedly began to walk away from the deputies, but they were able to grab and detain her after a short struggle.

When Slone was put in the back of the police car, she allegedly undid her seat belt and kicked the back window until they were forced to put her legs in a restraint

Slone was taken into custody and booked into the Orange Lake County Jail. It is expected that she will face a charge of one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. She is being held in lieu of a $5.000 bond.

The pitchfork was confiscated as potential evidence of Slone’s involvement in the incident.
