Woman in Las Vegas has Brutal Relationship with her Pimp

According to a Las Vegas police arrest report, Tyree Wright had strict rules for his woman. She had to give him $2500 from her sex work earnings and would have to sit behind him in the back seat of his car. If she did not comply he would beat her.

Police say Wright started dating the woman in July 2014 and “convinced her to work for him as a prostitute and dancer.” Her name has not yet been released.

Although she was afraid of Wright, she continued on in the relationship out of desperation. She did try to leave him once and changed the locks on her doors but, she left the door unlocked and he found her. It’s alleged in the arrest report that Wright made a videotape of him beating her and put it on social media.

On December 31, at a nightclub, Wright had allegedly beaten the woman because she hadn’t been giving him the right amount of money. According to the arrest report, she tried to leave him again, but Wright texted her to return to him within 24 hours and that she owed him a $10,000 “make up fee.”

According to the arrest report, on the morning of January 13, it is alleged that Wright found and attacked her again. He beat her with something that was described as a nightstick. Allegedly he repeatedly struck her body including her head, while he demanded that she pay him.

She was treated at University Medical Center for injuries inflicted during the alleged attack, including: a possible fractured skull, a large hematoma to her right hip, and cuts and bruises. After treating her, the hospital notified the police.

After an investigation detectives went with the SWAT team to serve a warrant at Wright’s home, but he wasn’t there. Detectives then contacted his lawyer. His lawyer convinced him to turn himself in to the police.

Wright is being held without bail. He is accused of sex trafficking an adult, kidnapping, robbery with a deadly weapon, attempted murder with a deadly weapon, battery resulting in substantial bodily harm, and battery with a deadly weapon.
