A man in Nebraska is facing multiple charges after allegedly putting his hand inside a cinnamon roll box to hold up a convenience store.

Just after midnight on February 27, a man went into a Kwik Shop in Lincoln and walked up to one of the female employees. With his hand reportedly concealed inside a white box that used to contain cinnamon rolls, the man allegedly demanded the clerk give him cash.

It was reported that the woman thought the alleged robber might have been concealing a gun inside the box, and she gave him the cash he asked for.

A man out of jail on conditional release for charges related to an incident with his ex-girlfriend was arrested for many charges after allegedly breaking into her home and snatching her purse from her.

In 2021, after a particularly problematic breakup, a man in Gainesville, Florida, had an interaction with his ex that led to criminal charges for robbery by sudden snatching. The woman accused him of getting in her car without permission and stealing her car keys twice, in addition to grabbing her by the throat. When he went to court, it was determined that he needed outpatient mental health treatment so he would be seen as having the competency to go through the legal process. He was ordered to live with a family member by being monitored by the Agency for Persons with Disabilities, and he was barred from having any contact with the alleged victim.

On the morning of February 23, the man allegedly went to his ex-girlfriend’s residence and walked in. The woman was home at the time, and he allegedly grabbed her purse, which she was holding at the time, and caused the strap to break. She told him to get out, and she notified the authorities.

An Arizona man is facing serious charges after he was released from prison and allegedly carjacked a man driving a truck carrying $1 M worth of Corvettes so he could use the vehicle to get home.

According to reports, on February 15, a 23-year-old man was released from prison and headed to the Willcox Loves Struck Stop in Willcox, Arizona. The newly freed individual saw a semi-truck carrying 10 new Chevrolet C8 Corvettes, and he approached the driver to make small talk about the luxury vehicles. Before long, the man allegedly yanked the driver out of the semi, hopped into the driver’s seat, and took off.

The authorities learned about the alleged theft, and shortly after, a deputy from the Cochise County Sheriff’s Department found the man driving the semi. The deputy noted that the vehicle was being driven unsafely as he tried to perform a traffic stop. The driver reportedly ignored the sirens and lights and kept driving.

Two gas station clerks in Georgia are facing legal troubles after allegedly orchestrating and executing a fake robbery at work, where one of them played the role of the assailant and the other acted as the victim.

Around 12:10 AM on January 21, someone notified the authorities about an alleged attempted armed robbery at a Shell gas station that happened moments before they called. Officers from the Duluth Police Department headed to the address to investigate.

When they went inside, they reported that one of the employees was shaking and visibly distressed. They asked him what had happened, and the man reportedly said someone holding a knife came into the store and assaulted him. He said he was hit in the face and knocked out, and when he came to, he saw people stealing money out of the register. It was estimated that they left with $5,000.

Two Texas teens are facing multiple charges after allegedly breaking into a home and holding the family who lives there at gunpoint before fleeing and escaping from pursuing police officers.

Late in the evening on September 5, a family, including five adults and three children, were at their home in Beverly Hills, Texas, when two men reportedly forcefully entered without permission.

The alleged intruders reportedly had handguns, and it was reported that they pointed the weapons at the people and threatened to harm them. After allegedly stealing cash and attempting to take a vehicle, the pair took off together in a car.

A woman trying to make a return on a purchase for which she did not have a receipt allegedly caused destruction in the store when they would not refund the money.

On June 17, a woman went into a Family Dollar Store in Lee County intending to return an item she reportedly purchased from them.

She went to the counter and let the clerk know what she wanted, and she was asked to present a receipt from the initial purchase. The woman said she did not have a receipt, so the employee denied her request for the return.

A naked Florida man wearing only a cowboy hat on his head allegedly attacked a woman when she was unable to provide him with a crack pipe. 

Early last week, a 45-year-old man from Southern Florida was in Medley, a town approximately 10 miles from Miami. 

It was reported that he was completely naked except for a cowboy hat he had on his head. He was also holding a machete.

A man was swiftly caught and arrested after he reportedly held a finger under his shirt to give the impression that he was armed when he allegedly robbed a bank in Seminole. 

On September 10, at a Chase bank branch in Seminole, Florida, it appeared to be business as usual. 

Everything changed just before 1:30 PM when, according to reports, a man entered the building and walked up to one of the tellers.

Rap artist Mystikal has been accused of physically and sexually assaulting a woman during a fight about $100 that he claimed she stole from him.   

51-year-old hip hop star Mystikal, whose birth name is Michael Tyler, is a Grammy nominee from New Orleans. He has been involved in several prior criminal cases, such as domestic abuse battery, first-degree rape, and second-degree kidnapping. He is also a lifetime registered sex offender. 

On July 30, Tyler was at his home in Ascension Parish with a female.

One of two alleged thieves at a California Home Depot in Stanislaus County reportedly sprayed a loss prevention officer with scorpion killer spray when confronted about the purported pilfering. 

Early in the afternoon on June 17, two women were at a Home Depot store located in Turlock. 

A loss prevention officer spotted the duo and believed they might have been pocketing items that they did not plan on purchasing.
