A Nevada woman on an airplane reportedly dismissed the rule to wear a mask while on the flight. While she was being arrested, she allegedly proclaimed, “Let’s go, Brandon!”
Katrina Alspaugh is from Las Vegas.
On November 21, Alspaugh was reportedly a passenger on an Allegiant Airlines flight.
Before she got on the plane, Alspaugh allegedly caused a ruckus at the security checkpoint, and the authorities had to get involved. Though it was reported that the woman was very uncooperative with the police, she was permitted to get on the plane.
When Alspaugh boarded the vessel, she allegedly refused to wear a face mask.
One of the other passengers exchanged harsh words with Alspaugh. The flight crew determined that Alspaugh was the reason for the unrest, and she was taken off the plane by a flight attendant.
Metro police officers were told about Alspaugh’s alleged continued unacceptable behavior.
When they arrived, the police reported that the woman was still in the boarding tunnel that connects to the plane. They asserted that Alspaugh was causing another disturbance.
According to reports, Alspaugh was told that she was stripped of her passenger status and her ticket had been revoked. She was given a trespass notice by an airline employee before the authorities made it to the terminal.
It was reported that the police had to push Alspaugh out of the building in a wheelchair. The woman allegedly shouted, “Let’s go, Brandon!” as she was being removed from the premises, in a purported attempt to insult President Biden. The police said she also yelled obscenities.
Alspaugh, who received a citation for harassment last year, was taken into custody and booked into the Clark County Detention Center. She is expected to face charges for one count of violating airport rules, and she was released from incarceration shortly after she was processed.
