A Las Vegas man is facing several charges after threatening law enforcement and urinating on an officer’s leg when he was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Just after 2:00 AM on February 19, the authorities in Southeast Las Vegas were notified by a woman who said she saw her ex-husband get drunk at a bar. She informed them that he was drunk when he got behind the wheel of his vehicle, and before he drove away, she tried to convince him to stay at her nearby residence for the night.

Officers from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department located the vehicle when the driver was entering the onramp for the highway, and they initiated a traffic stop. The driver reportedly stopped the car in the middle of the road.

An Illinois woman was accused of driving under the influence when the authorities reportedly found her asleep in her vehicle in the parking lot of a Dollar General store. 

At approximately 8:00 PM on New Year’s Eve, the Joliet Police Department received a notification about someone who was parked in the local Dollar General store’s lot. It was reported that the person appeared to be an unconscious female. 

Officers went to the location to make sure that the person did not require assistance.

A man accused of driving under the influence reportedly told the authorities that he has been consuming liquor since he was a child and that he “drinks alcohol like it is coffee.” 

51-year-old James Fuerstenau is from Milwaukee, Wisconsin. According to court records, he has been convicted DUIs on two occasions. 

On July 12, a Racine County sheriff’s deputy was on duty in Caledonia when she reported that she saw a vehicle being operated erratically on I-41/94.

When the police pulled over a driver and reportedly found an assortment of drugs and paraphernalia, the suspect allegedly told them that what they assumed to be methamphetamine was breath mints. 

32-year-old Stephen Whalen is from Tarpon Springs, Florida. It was reported that Whalen was incarcerated for a year and a half for a prior drug conviction, and he was released two years ago. 

Whalen also had a prior encounter with the law that resulted in the loss of his driver’s license.

A New Yorker living in Florida with several recent arrests was taken into custody for alleged assault, resulting in the revocation of the bond she posted for her release in a prior incident. 

Stephanie Romas is a 42-year-old New York native who currently resides in a home her parents own in The Villages. Her mother and father also live in The Villages. 

In September, Romas allegedly stole a box of cereal from a store in Wildwood. She was not taken into custody, but a warrant for her arrest was later obtained by the police.

A Nevada woman on an airplane reportedly dismissed the rule to wear a mask while on the flight. While she was being arrested, she allegedly proclaimed, “Let’s go, Brandon!” 

Katrina Alspaugh is from Las Vegas. 

On November 21, Alspaugh was reportedly a passenger on an Allegiant Airlines flight.

A 2-year-old was found unharnessed and hidden under a large amount of garbage in his grandmother’s truck when she was arrested for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

Last Sunday evening, 51-year-old Claudia Patterson, who has several prior infractions for driving under the influence of alcohol, was reportedly driving her truck in Memphis with her young grandson in the vehicle.

An officer with the Memphis Police Department was en route to the scene of an incident when they saw Patterson’s truck and asserted the driver was speeding and maneuvering the vehicle unsafely.

A reportedly inebriated woman with many priors who works at a St. Petersburg fast food restaurant allegedly smashed her car into several structures on the property before speeding away.

34-year-old Kanisha Booze resides in St. Petersburg, Florida, and she has three children. Booze is also employed at a local Taco Bell restaurant.

On June 18, just after 10:00 PM, Booze was reportedly under the influence of alcohol while on the Taco Bell premises with her vehicle.

A man reportedly driving without a valid license allegedly swiped a county fire truck valued at over half a million dollars and drove away before smashing into a street sign.

30-year-old Cory M. Fisher lives in Jacksonville, Illinois.

Fisher has had some trouble with the law recently, and the police obtained a warrant for his arrest for allegations of failing to appear for a scheduled court date.

A man with five prior DUI’s was issued his sixth charge after reportedly plowing into a fire hydrant while driving under the influence.

38-year-old Andres C. Chavez resides in Palatine, Illinois.

Since 2007, Chavez has been charged with five DUI’s, resulting in the revocation of his driving privileges.
