While a woman was shopping with her 12-year-old in a Walmart store, a man allegedly masturbated in view of the child and completed his act upon the woman’s pants.
On the evening of December 13, a woman and her son were perusing the toy aisle in a Winter Haven, Florida, Walmart when her child began actively trying to get her attention.
When his mother asked him what was wrong the boy reportedly told her that he saw a man walk up behind her with his privates exposed. The child explained that the man was touching himself inappropriately. As a result, the man had, according to the affidavit, “ejaculated seminal fluid” onto her pants without her awareness and while the boy watched.
When the woman became aware of what had reportedly transpired she talked with the store manager, and the authorities were notified.
Winter Haven police dispatched to the location, and it was believed that the alleged perpetrator was no longer in the establishment.
Surveillance video was recorded of the alleged event, and the police released clips of the video that they believed contained the suspect they were seeking.
Later that evening, a man, identified as 19-year-old Elias Flor, showed up at the police station and reportedly informed them that he was the person they were looking for.
As written in the affidavit, Flor chose to waive his right to remain silent and he was recorded as disclosing that he did masturbate to completion in front of the boy and that he additionally left his unsolicited mess on the back of the alleged victim’s pants.
Flor was placed under arrest, and he is facing charges for one felony count of lewd or lascivious exhibition in the presence of a victim under the age of 16, and one misdemeanor count of battery. He was incarcerated in the county jail on a $25,500 bond.
