An Arizona couple is accused of confining their two young children in a bedroom around the clock under reportedly extreme and unsanitary conditions, according to investigators.

Sources report police were alerted after a concerned person noticed a naked child through an apartment window while working nearby. That tip prompted officers to conduct a welfare check in late January. When they arrived, they allegedly found conditions that raised concerns about the children’s safety and development.

Investigators reportedly discovered that the children, ages 4 and 6, were kept inside a single room for most or all of the day. The room allegedly contained a gate, and the bathroom was reportedly blocked off with zip ties placed on the doorknob, preventing the children from using the toilet. Officers also allegedly observed widespread filth inside the apartment, including feces and an insect infestation.

A Georgia correctional officer is facing serious felony charges after authorities say he trapped state employees inside a government office during a confrontation over child support payments.

The incident happened on December 18 at the Department of Family and Child Services office in Warner Robins. According to law enforcement, the officer arrived at the building upset about his child support obligations and quickly became aggressive once inside.

Investigators say the situation escalated almost immediately. After entering the office, the man allegedly locked the front door and prevented four employees from leaving. With the exits blocked, he reportedly began yelling at staff members and using profanity while he continued to complain about his payments. Police say he also tried to enter a restricted, employee-only area of the building.

A 30-year-old Army soldier is facing charges after he reportedly went AWOL and allegedly stalked a woman he saw on TikTok because he believed they were soul mates.

Several months ago, a man stationed in North Carolina before he was discharged from the military was perusing TikTok when he came across the content of a woman with 1.5 million followers. He allegedly developed fantasies about having a relationship with her and reportedly believed mystical forces intervened and led him to the woman he was meant to be with.

In January, the woman believed the man might be stalking her after she posted pictures of herself on Laguna Beach when she was in California, and he allegedly figured out where she was and photographed himself in the same spot. The woman blocked the TikTok account he was using at the time, in addition to more than 20 accounts she believed he was operating.
