Officer Treated at Hospital When Bitten by Drug Suspect

A New York woman is facing several charges after she was reportedly caught with narcotics in her vehicle in addition to attacking officers in the ambulance and at the hospital.

Just after midnight on March 14, a 24-year-old woman from Bayside was parked near a highway onramp and sitting in her vehicle when officers from the Teaneck Police Department showed up at the scene. The woman was reportedly complaining of pain and behaving erratically, and an ambulance was sent to the scene so she could be taken to the hospital for assessment and treatment. The officers searched the woman, who they determined was intoxicated, and allegedly found a baggie containing a pink substance. They believed it was a narcotic containing ketamine and MDMA which is known on the street as “pink cocaine.”

According to reports, the ride to the medical center was rough. Police were in the ambulance with the woman and the first responders, when she allegedly became violent and began thrashing her arms and legs. The authorities asserted that she was trying to hit and kick them. When they arrived, the woman reportedly caused one of the officer’s injuries by biting him hard enough to break the skin.

Couple Stole Millions from Malibu Doctor

In June 2017, a couple met and became friends with a doctor from Malibu worth more than $60 million. The man had a mental health condition, and he was unable to take care of himself.

A couple of days later, the pair began residing with the doctor in his Malibu beachfront home, but they reportedly did not pay anything to stay there.

According to reports, they appointed themselves as his caretakers. They allegedly stopped him from communicating with his loved ones as they took control of his daily life. They also reportedly kept the man drugged with ketamine, marijuana, and LSD for the following year.

DUI Suspect Threatened to Gun Down Officer

A Florida man who shares the name of the iconic Samuel L. Jackson allegedly threatened to shoot an officer involved in his arrest after he was in a car wreck, presumably caused by his driving under the influence.

In the evening on October 11, the Palm Bay police were alerted about an accident involving more than one vehicle and resulting in injuries.

When they dispatched to the scene one of the drivers, identified as 43-year-old Samuel L. Jackson, allegedly appeared as if he had been drinking when the police spoke with him. They reported that the man, who is not related to the actor, had an alcohol odor emanating off of his person, and his eyes were rather reddened.

Bicycler Suspected of Peddling Drugs

A man was riding a bicycle through the streets of Jensen Beach near midnight when local deputies in the area noticed that the bike was lacking lights, making him less visible to drivers on the road.

When the deputies stopped the man regarding his absence of front and rear lights, they reported that he did not want to cooperate and he would not disclose his name to them. The man then allegedly tried to continue on his way but the deputies prevented him from leaving the vicinity.

The man, identified as 22-year-old Jabari Schweitzer, was reportedly carrying a bag and during a search of the contents, a deputy discovered a baggie inside containing just under two-and-a-half ounces of what they suspected was drugs.
