After a man reportedly fought with staff over wearing a mask at a restaurant in Los Angeles, he allegedly pulled out a gun and demanded they hand over all of their cooked chickens.
Roscoe’s House of Chicken and Waffles, founded in 1975, “is best known, as the name states, for serving chicken and waffles, both together and separately,” according to their website. The New York Times dubbed their establishment a “Beloved Soul Food Chain.”
On the evening of January 3, the restaurant was visited by a man who reportedly began to give a hard time when they informed him he would not be served if he did not wear a face mask.
