After a West Virginia man was in a single-vehicle crash and arrested for driving under the influence, he allegedly pulled out a beer and tried to continue drinking at the police station while he was being processed. 

Just before midnight on March 26, 56-year-old Dwight Coffelt was driving in Randolph County with a passenger in his truck. 

Coffelt got into a wreck, and when the authorities arrived, they took him and his passenger to a nearby Par Mar store.

A man without permanent housing reportedly walked up to a stranger inside a New York City subway station and smeared feces all over her. 

37-year-old Frank Abrokwa is a man who does not currently have a fixed address. 

Around 5:00 PM on February 21, a 43-year-old woman was seated on a bench in a subway station.
