A Florida woman heading home from dinner and dancing was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence, even though her blood alcohol level was inconsistent with the accusation.

On the evening of December 8, a 66-year-old woman from the Ivystone Villas in The Villages visited the Spanish Springs Town Square to eat dinner and dance. While she ate, she reportedly drank two glasses of wine. When the woman was on the dance floor, she ran into a man who did not want to keep his hands to himself and decided to leave the establishment.

It was reported that around 8:30 PM, after the woman departed in her Toyota, she was seen by a deputy with the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office who asserted that she was going 21 miles over the posted speed limit.

A man in Montana who was allegedly driving erratically while under the influence of alcohol was arrested for suspicion of his fifth DUI.

On July 23, a man was driving his Toyota Tundra in Missoula when he caught the attention of an officer from the Missoula Police Department. The officer purported that the vehicle was being driven very slowly, and approximated that it was going 10 miles under the posted speed limit.

The officer kept an eye on the truck, and they reported that the driver was weaving back and forth between the lanes on the road. After it happened a few times, the officer decided to pull over the driver.

An allegedly intoxicated jail deputy in Benton County was taken into custody after leaving a wedding reception in an unmarked county vehicle with weapons and ammunition inside.  

Late in the evening on October 30, a deputy who works at a jail in Benton County, Arkansas, was departing from a wedding that was held at the Crystal Rivers Museum. 

According to reports, the deputy was using an unmarked county car as transportation to and from the celebration, and he reportedly had three pistols, a loaded rifle magazine, several boxes of ammunition, and a gas mask in the vehicle.

A woman suspected of driving under the influence allegedly performed a couple of different styles of dance for the police during one of the steps of a roadside sobriety test. 

38-year-old Amy Ann Harrington lives in Madeira Beach, Florida. She is employed at a bar located in the nearby city of St. Petersburg. 

It was reported that on April 28, Harrington was driving in Madeira Beach when she got into an accident with another vehicle. Harrington allegedly hit the back of the other driver’s vehicle.

After a West Virginia man was in a single-vehicle crash and arrested for driving under the influence, he allegedly pulled out a beer and tried to continue drinking at the police station while he was being processed. 

Just before midnight on March 26, 56-year-old Dwight Coffelt was driving in Randolph County with a passenger in his truck. 

Coffelt got into a wreck, and when the authorities arrived, they took him and his passenger to a nearby Par Mar store.

Two parents with young children were allegedly partaking in public sex acts in a park while their little ones were left home alone.

Around 1:00 am on Friday, a man and woman were spotted by a police officer while they were allegedly in the middle of having sex on the bike path in a park located in North Liberty, Iowa.

When the officer came across the pair, they were identified as Daniel Walshire, and his 31-year-old girlfriend, Rebekah Mecca.

After her vehicle hit another car while driving on the interstate, the superintendent of the Cherokee County School District was taken into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence.

Gaffney resident Quincie Little Moore, whose husband said that she had gone to the Clemson game on Saturday, was driving home from the event a little after 1:00 am on Sunday.

Moore was said to be driving at an estimated speed of 10-20 mph on I-85 when she allegedly nodded off for a moment and hit into the back of another car on the road.

A congressional candidate in Georgia who was arrested and charged for allegations that he was driving while intoxicated has decided to act as his own legal representation in the case.

Steven Lamar Foster is a 61-year-old man who is currently running as a candidate for the Democrat party in Georgia’s 14th Congressional District.

Foster, a former physician, was reportedly the patron of a local Applebee’s on September 23, and when he was leaving the establishment in his vehicle he was pulled over by law enforcement because he allegedly did not have his headlights on.

A man who was driving on an interstate near Port St. Lucie was suspected of operating his vehicle while intoxicated, but he allegedly explained to the authorities that his dog was the driver of the car.

When 56-year-old Scott Garrett reportedly had gotten in a spat with his girlfriend regarding his dog before he drove off in his Nissan.

A few hours after he left his girlfriend’s home Garrett was allegedly seen driving down the interstate, and State troopers in the vicinity noticed that his car was merging from lane to lane in an erratic fashion.
