A Florida woman was arrested after she was reportedly caught exposing her breasts during a video visit with her incarcerated boyfriend.
38-year-old Danielle Ferrero lives in Punta Gorda, Florida. She has an extensive rap sheet for a variety of criminal offenses. She was recently convicted of a felony for stealing packages off of people’s porches, and she is currently serving three years of probation.
The woman’s boyfriend, 25-year-old Cody Thomas, is currently serving a month-long sentence at the Charlotte County jail. The facility is located approximately 10 minutes from Ferrero’s apartment.
In the afternoon on August 8, Ferrero went to the jail for a video visit with her beau. She and Thomas were in different areas of the facility during their hour together.
The authorities have the ability to access the content of the visits between inmates and guests. When they reviewed the video between Ferrero and Thomas, they believed the couple crossed the line by sharing an extreme amount of racy dialogue and behavior.
Ferrero was accused of intentionally wearing an outfit believed to be “revealing.” She allegedly touched her breasts and showed them to her boyfriend during their time together. She additionally allegedly squirmed in her chair in a purported attempt to have an orgasm after Thomas encouraged her.
Three days after the incident, the police obtained an arrest warrant based on Ferrero’s alleged sexual jail visit.
Officers went to her residence and took her into custody. Ferrero reportedly expressed shock that she would face criminal allegations for showing her breasts to her boyfriend.
Ferrero was booked on one count of exposure of sexual organs. She is also being charged for violation of the terms of her probation.
